Vyberte vhodnou formu podle tvaru, velikosti a vnit\u0159n\u00edho \u00fahlu R vyzna\u010den\u00e9ho na v\u00fdrobn\u00edm v\u00fdkresu po vytvo\u0159en\u00ed obrobku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Pln\u011b zva\u017ete mo\u017en\u00e9 abnormality v procesu tv\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed, jako je prase\u010d\u00ed tlama, n\u00fdt, matrice, stroj, kolize skl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed obrobku atd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Volba V-dr\u00e1\u017eky p\u0159i oh\u00fdb\u00e1n\u00ed obrobku<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Podle r\u016fzn\u00fdch tlou\u0161t\u011bk materi\u00e1lu se li\u0161\u00ed i v\u00fdb\u011br V-dr\u00e1\u017eky<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kdy\u017e t \u2264 4 mm, V dr\u00e1\u017eka = t * 6kr\u00e1t; Kdy\u017e t \u2265 4 mm, V slot = t * 8kr\u00e1t.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. D\u016fkladn\u011b o\u010dist\u011bte matrici n\u00e1stroje a z\u00e1kladnu matrice obr\u00e1b\u011bc\u00edho stroje, abyste se ujistili, \u017ee na n\u00ed nen\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd prach a tvrd\u00e9 p\u0159edm\u011bty;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7. Vyjm\u011bte st\u0159ed obr\u00e1b\u011bc\u00edho stroje s horn\u00ed a spodn\u00ed formou o d\u00e9lce minim\u00e1ln\u011b 300 mm a dbejte na vhodn\u00fd tlak, aby nedo\u0161lo k rozdrcen\u00ed formy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>8. Vym\u011b\u0148te vhodnou formu pot\u0159ebnou pro toto zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed, upn\u011bte nahoru a dol\u016f na m\u00edsto a zajist\u011bte upev\u0148ovac\u00ed \u0161roub\/dlahu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>9. Forma mus\u00ed b\u00fdt upnuta pokud mo\u017eno ve st\u0159edu obr\u00e1b\u011bc\u00edho stroje, aby byl zaji\u0161t\u011bn udr\u017eiteln\u00fd a stabiln\u00ed provoz obr\u00e1b\u011bc\u00edho stroje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jak pou\u017e\u00edvat oh\u00fdba\u010dku bezpe\u010dn\u011b a spr\u00e1vn\u011b?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bezpe\u010dnostn\u00ed provozn\u00ed postupy forem oh\u00fdbac\u00edch stroj\u016f zahrnuj\u00ed zejm\u00e9na n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed obsah:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Zkontrolujte stupe\u0148 shody a pevnost horn\u00ed a spodn\u00ed formy, zda je polohovac\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed spr\u00e1vn\u00e9, zda jej lze norm\u00e1ln\u011b pou\u017e\u00edvat a zda se nevyskytuj\u00ed dal\u0161\u00ed probl\u00e9my. Lze jej pou\u017e\u00edt a\u017e pot\u00e9, co nejsou \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 probl\u00e9my, jinak jej nelze pou\u017e\u00edt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Poloha matrice na pracovn\u00edm stole mus\u00ed b\u00fdt um\u00edst\u011bna uprost\u0159ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Uveden\u00ed formy do provozu se prov\u00e1d\u00ed, kdy\u017e je za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed vypnuto a zastaveno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Pro ra\u017een\u00ed matrice se horn\u00ed a spodn\u00ed z\u00e1kladna matrice stla\u010d\u00ed, aby se zabr\u00e1nilo po\u0161kozen\u00ed matrice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. Je p\u0159\u00edsn\u011b zak\u00e1z\u00e1no d\u011brovat pouze na jednom konci.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6. D\u00e9lka zplo\u0161t\u011bl\u00e9 oblasti ohybu je vyj\u00e1d\u0159ena jako hodnota kompenzace ohybu (BA). Proto je d\u00e9lka cel\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti vyj\u00e1d\u0159ena rovnic\u00ed (1):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>LT = D1 + D2 + BA (1)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Oblast ohybu (na obr\u00e1zku zn\u00e1zorn\u011bna sv\u011btle \u017elutou barvou) je oblast, kter\u00e1 se teoreticky deformuje p\u0159i oh\u00fdb\u00e1n\u00ed. Stru\u010dn\u011b \u0159e\u010deno, abychom ur\u010dili geometrick\u00e9 rozm\u011bry rozlo\u017een\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed, uva\u017eujme n\u00e1sledovn\u011b:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed definice zn\u00ed: K-faktor je pom\u011br tlou\u0161\u0165ky neutr\u00e1ln\u00ed vrstvy plechu k celkov\u00e9 tlou\u0161\u0165ce materi\u00e1lu plechov\u00e9 sou\u010d\u00e1sti, to znamen\u00e1:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K = t\/T<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Proto bude hodnota K v\u017edy mezi 0 a 1. Pokud je k-faktor 0,25, znamen\u00e1 to, \u017ee neutr\u00e1ln\u00ed vrstva se nach\u00e1z\u00ed na 251 TP1T tlou\u0161\u0165ky plechov\u00e9ho materi\u00e1lu sou\u010d\u00e1sti. Podobn\u011b, pokud je 0,5, znamen\u00e1 to, \u017ee neutr\u00e1ln\u00ed vrstva je um\u00edst\u011bna na 50% cel\u00e9 tlou\u0161\u0165ky atd.
