A quotation issued by HARSLE is valid only for the period specified in the quotation.

5. Orders and Payment

  • Proforma Invoice (PI)

Payment terms may include:

  • 100% prepayment
  • Deposit + balance before shipment
  • Other agreed commercial terms

Production of custom tooling begins only after payment is received and technical details are confirmed.

Failure to complete payment may result in order cancellation.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping methods may include express courier, air freight, sea freight, or customer-arranged forwarder.

Estimated delivery times are for reference only and may vary due to:

  • Production schedule
  • Customs clearance
  • Carrier delays
  • Force majeure events

Risk of loss transfers to the buyer according to the agreed Incoterms (if specified) or upon delivery to the carrier.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy.

Custom-made tooling and confirmed production orders are generally non-cancellable and non-returnable unless there is a verified manufacturing defect.

Customers must contact us for written authorization before returning any product.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

Unless otherwise specified in writing:

  • Tooling is warranted against manufacturing defects only.
  • Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, overloading, improper installation, or incorrect tonnage selection.
  • Normal wear and tear is not covered.

Technical performance depends on proper machine setup and application parameters.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • HARSLE shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
  • We are not responsible for production losses, downtime, lost profits, or third-party claims.

is the property of HARSLE or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.
