General Policy Overview<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-c35ffd09\">Due to the industrial and customized nature of press brake tooling and related products, returns and refunds are subject to specific conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-5a507e74\">We aim to provide accurate specifications, drawings confirmation, and quality inspection before shipment. Customers are encouraged to carefully review product details before placing an order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-d41ff5cf\">By placing an order, you agree to this Refund and Returns Policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-c8dd5d03\">2. Return Eligibility<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-0f92ed89\">A return may be accepted only under the following conditions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The product was damaged during transportation (verified with evidence).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The product received is materially different from the confirmed order specifications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The product has a verified manufacturing defect.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The return request is submitted within the required timeframe.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-70980c2a\">To be eligible for return:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The item must be unused and not installed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The item must be in its original packaging.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The customer must provide clear photos and\/or videos as evidence.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Written approval must be obtained from HARSLE before returning any product.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-90c87a30\">Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-83f64642\">3. Non-Returnable Items<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-07c8e80d\">The following items are generally non-returnable and non-refundable:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Custom-made or made-to-order tooling (including special radius, segmented tools, special length, non-standard material, coatings, etc.).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Products manufactured according to customer drawings or confirmed technical specifications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Items damaged due to improper installation, misuse, incorrect tonnage selection, or improper machine setup.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Normal wear parts after use.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clearance or discounted items marked as non-returnable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-41b0d502\">Because press brake tooling is often customized for specific applications, most confirmed custom production orders cannot be cancelled once manufacturing has started.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-da030175\">4. Order Cancellation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-4fdccddf\">Standard stock items:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>May be cancelled before shipment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If already packed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-9ecfa0f4\">Custom orders:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>May only be cancelled before production starts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once production has begun, cancellation is generally not permitted.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-db245049\">If cancellation is approved, bank charges and transaction fees (if any) may be deducted from the refund amount.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-12f6cb10\">5. Damaged or Incorrect Items<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-2954af89\">If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect products:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Order number<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clear photos\/videos of outer packaging<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Photos\/videos of the product<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Description of the issue<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Keep all packaging materials for inspection.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-1f126b01\">We will evaluate the case and may:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Offer replacement parts,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Arrange partial refund,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Arrange full replacement,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide technical guidance if the issue is related to setup.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-09f12e13\">Claims submitted after 7 days may be difficult to process due to carrier limitations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-a431cc68\">6. Return Shipping Responsibility<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-a084e853\">If the return is approved:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If the issue is caused by HARSLE (manufacturing defect or shipping error), we will reasonably discuss and arrange return or replacement solutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the return is requested for non-quality reasons (subject to approval), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, customs duties, and related charges.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-0b673973\">Returned products must be shipped back only after receiving written confirmation and return instructions from HARSLE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-caedd18e\">7. Refund Processing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-8ff37249\">Once the returned item is received and inspected:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We will notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Processing time: typically 5\u201315 business days depending on banking channels.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-82a32050\">Refund amount may exclude:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Shipping costs (unless caused by our error),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bank transfer charges,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payment gateway fees,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customs duties already incurred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-ad6d2963\">8. Installation and Technical Responsibility<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-9d3753ea\">Tooling performance depends on:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Correct machine setup,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proper tonnage selection,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proper die opening (V-width),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proper material type and thickness.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-219607d3\">We strongly recommend confirming technical compatibility before ordering. If needed, we can provide application guidance prior to purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-2bcdc6d2\">Damage caused by exceeding recommended tonnage, incorrect die selection, or improper usage is not covered under this policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-29da6ff3\">9.
