Payment Terms<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-a83f5355\">Payment terms depend on product type:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-7f819657\">3.1 Standard Stock Tooling<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>100% payment before shipment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-428046d7\">3.2 Custom or Made-to-Order Tooling<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>100% advance payment before production, or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deposit + balance before shipment (as agreed in quotation or Proforma Invoice).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-8db0bc40\">Production of custom tooling will begin only after:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Payment is received, and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Technical drawings or specifications are confirmed in writing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-68c7e028\">4. Order Confirmation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-a163e47c\">An order is considered confirmed only when:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Payment is received, and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>HARSLE issues order confirmation or Proforma Invoice acceptance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-aee1ae4c\">We reserve the right to cancel orders if payment is not received within the agreed timeframe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-cdfe0c60\">5.
