This Payment Policy applies to all purchases made on tooling.harsle.com (the “Site”), operated by NANJING HARSLE MACHINE TOOL CO., LTD. (“HARSLE”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
This policy explains accepted payment methods, payment terms, currency rules, transaction fees, and related financial responsibilities.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
We may accept the following payment methods, depending on order type and region:
- Bank Wire Transfer (T/T)
- Credit or Debit Card (if enabled on checkout)
- Online Payment Gateway (such as Stripe or equivalent)
- PayPal (if available)
- Other agreed international payment methods

2. Currency
Prices may be listed in USD or other indicated currencies.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

3. Payment Terms
Payment terms depend on product type:
3.1 Standard Stock Tooling
- 100% payment before shipment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3.2 Custom or Made-to-Order Tooling
- 100% advance payment before production, or
- Deposit + balance before shipment (as agreed in quotation or Proforma Invoice).
Production of custom tooling will begin only after:
- Payment is received, and
- Technical drawings or specifications are confirmed in writing.
4. Order Confirmation
An order is considered confirmed only when:
- Payment is received, and
- HARSLE issues order confirmation or Proforma Invoice acceptance.
We reserve the right to cancel orders if payment is not received within the agreed timeframe.
5. Bank Charges and Transaction Fees
Unless otherwise agreed:
- All international bank transfer charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
- The full invoiced amount must be received in our account.
- Any intermediary bank fees deducted during transfer must be covered by the buyer.
If payment is made via online gateway or PayPal:
- Applicable platform transaction fees may apply.
- Refunds (if approved) may exclude non-refundable transaction fees.
6. Taxes and Duties
Product prices generally do not include:
- Import duties
- VAT/GST
- Customs clearance fees
- Local taxes in destination country
The buyer is responsible for all applicable taxes and import charges in their country.
7. Late or Failed Payments
If payment is delayed:
- Production may be postponed.
- Shipment may be suspended.
- Delivery timelines may be extended accordingly.
We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or late payment.
8. Payment Security
We implement reasonable measures to protect payment information, including:
- SSL encryption for website transactions
- Secure communication channels
- Restricted internal access to financial data
However, customers are responsible for ensuring secure transmission when sending payment confirmations or bank documents.
9. Fraud Prevention
To prevent fraud and unauthorized transactions, we may:
- Request identity verification
- Confirm payment source
- Delay shipment pending verification
If suspicious activity is detected, we reserve the right to cancel or suspend the order.
10. Refunds
Refunds, if applicable, are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy.
Approved refunds will typically be processed via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
Banking processing time may vary between 5–15 business days depending on financial institutions.
11. Ownership and Title
Ownership of goods remains with HARSLE until full payment is received.
Risk of loss transfers according to agreed shipping terms (Incoterms, if specified) or upon delivery to the carrier.
